Returns are subject to the following guidelines

Exchanges for the same product will be made for products that may have been damaged in transit.
Products ordered for the first time may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping, and handling.
For all other orders, returns of all unopened and resalable products** may be returned within (30) days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping, and handling.
Products returned more than thirty (30) days from the delivery date are not eligible for a refund.
Packages returned due to unsuccessful deliveries (i.e., three (3) delivery attempts, customer moved, customer provided incorrect or incomplete address) may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges to have the product resent.
